After about 6 miles, take Exit 297 (J-Six Ranch, Mescal)
Drive north on Mescal Road toward the Rincons on pavement
for about 3 miles.
After 3 miles of pavement the road becomes a graded gravel
road. Slow down for cattle guards. There are some bad ones.
As you drive enjoy your views of the Rincons to the west and
the Little Rincons to the east.
Continue on the gravel road for another 12.7 miles. Slow
down for cattle guards. There are some bad ones.
At about 12.7 miles you will come to a "Y" in the road and
you will see a small
sign that says Miller Creek with an arrow.
Follow the arrow to the left toward the Rincons. See
Map.
The extended, unmarked parking area is in a 100 yards or so
in from the "Y".
